These Terms govern use of Renovation AI Assistant. By using the service or purchasing a planning package, you agree to these Terms.
Planning tool, not professional services
Renovation AI Assistant provides AI-generated pre-construction planning guidance and visualization. It does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, code, permit, legal, financial, estimating or contracting services. Outputs are not construction documents or professional advice.
Verify before construction
AI-generated images may differ from the actual property and may introduce, omit or alter visual details. Your existing property and verified field conditions are the source of truth. Before ordering materials or beginning work, verify dimensions, quantities, structural conditions, drainage, utilities, permits, codes, product compatibility, labor requirements and pricing with qualified local professionals.
Estimates and budgets
Cost ranges and line items are planning allowances only. They are not bids, quotes or guarantees. Actual costs vary by location, contractor, site conditions, materials, schedule, permits and other factors.
Contractor listings
Contractor and business listings may be supplied using third-party location data. Appearance in search results does not mean that Renovation AI Assistant recommends, endorses, licenses, insures, vets or guarantees a contractor. You are responsible for checking licensing, insurance, references, qualifications, availability, contracts and pricing before hiring anyone.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you upload. You give Renovation AI Assistant and its service providers permission to process that content as needed to operate the service and generate requested outputs. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use that content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, violate another person's rights, or use generated material in a way that violates applicable law.
Purchases
Paid planning packages are one-time digital purchases for the project identified at checkout. Pricing displayed at checkout controls the transaction. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, providers or service functionality as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service and generated outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Renovation decisions and construction work involve risks that require professional judgment and field verification. Renovation AI Assistant is not responsible for contractor performance or for construction decisions made without appropriate professional verification. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
