Renovation AI Assistant provides AI-assisted home-improvement planning tools. This policy explains the information the service may process and how it is used.

Information we process

When you use the service, we may process account information such as your email address; project information such as project names, descriptions, budgets and style preferences; photos and other project files you upload; AI-generated concepts, plans and estimates; transaction records associated with purchases; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provide and improve project-planning features, generate AI-assisted outputs, store your projects, process purchases, provide contractor-search functionality, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and operate the service.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate parts of the service, including cloud hosting, authentication/database/storage, artificial-intelligence processing, payment processing, and business-location search. Information is shared with those providers as needed to perform those functions and is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Renovation AI Assistant does not need to store your full payment-card number on its own application servers.

Project photos and AI processing

Photos, project descriptions and related project content may be sent to AI services to generate analyses, concepts and planning materials. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use or information that is unnecessary for your renovation project.

Contractor search

When you use contractor search, project-location information such as a ZIP code and a search related to your project may be used to retrieve third-party business listings. Contractor listings are not endorsements or verification by Renovation AI Assistant.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional project information. You can delete projects from your dashboard, which removes the project and associated generated project data and uploaded project files from the active service. You may contact us regarding privacy questions or requests concerning your account data. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
